Who I Work With

Regulated Systems provides integrative physiotherapy assessment and rehabilitation for individuals with complex, persistent, and multi-system health conditions.

I work alongside GPs, specialists and allied health clinicians to help patients whose symptoms may involve interactions between structural, autonomic, respiratory, sensory and behavioural systems.


How To Refer

Patients may:

  • Dysautonomia and POTS

  • ME/CFS and post-viral conditions

  • Long COVID

  • Persistent pain and fibromyalgia

  • Functional GI disorders

  • Post-concussion symptoms

  • TMJ disorders

  • Sleep-related dysfunction

  • Breathing pattern disorders

  • Complex symptom presentations without a single clear explanation

  • Functional Neurological Disorder (FND)

  • Capacity, pacing and activity intolerance problems

Assessment may include:

  • Autonomic function and orthostatic tolerance

  • Breathing pattern and respiratory mechanics

  • Sleep and recovery factors

  • Activity tolerance and pacing

  • Sensory and interoceptive load

  • Cervical, cranial and musculoskeletal contributors

  • Hypermobility and connective tissue considerations

  • Functional movement and rehabilitation needs.


What Referrers Can Expect

Following assessment, referrers receive:

✓ Clinical synthesis and working hypotheses

✓ Recommendations and management plan

✓ Ongoing communication when appropriate

My intention is to complement—not replace—existing medical and allied health care.
